Forwards are paid huge amounts of money for the goals that they score, but there are very few who can do it on a consistent basis. In fact, in the Premier League, there are only few players who have scored bucket loads of goals in multiple seasons.

Here are four players who scored 10+ goals in eight consecutive Premier League campaigns.

4. Sergio Aguero – 8 Seasons

Sergio Aguero

With his goal in Manchester City‘s game against Liverpool that ended the Reds’ unbeaten run, Sergio Aguero became only the fourth player to score at least 10 goals in eight consecutive Premier League seasons.

He has played 223 games for the Citizens so far and scored 153 goals so far. His best goalscoring season in the league was in 2014/15 as he notched 33 goals. Aguero has won two league titles so far.

3. Thierry Henry – 8 Seasons

Thierry Henry

Thierry Henry was one of the most feared strikers and one of the best players in the Premier League during his time with Arsenal and that showed in the number of goals he scored for the club.

Henry had nearly 20 goals in the league every season, and he had 10+ goals every season he was in England. He played in 254 matches and scored 174 goals for the Gunners, winning two Premier League titles.

2. Frank Lampard – 10 Seasons

Frank Lampard

Frank Lampard, despite being a midfielder, has scored 10+ goals in 10 consecutive seasons during his time with Chelsea

While he played in the Premier League for all but two seasons of his playing career, he hit peak goalscoring form during his time with the Blues. He played 609 matches in the English top-flight and scored 177 goals in the Premier League, winning three titles.

1. Wayne Rooney – 11 Seasons

Wayne Rooney

Wayne Rooney announced himself on the scene by scoring a blinder for Everton against Arsenal but he truly exploded into goalscoring form once he moved to Manchester United. He scored 10+ goals in 12 out of the 16 seasons he spent in the Premier League.

Rooney holds the record for the most consecutive campaigns of scoring 10+ goals, and it is probably only Harry Kane who could probably beat that in due time. He won five Premier League titles with United as well.
