One other Aam Aadmi Social gathering (AAP) legislator from Punjab, Baldev Singh, on Wednesday resigned from the first membership of the celebration, citing “autocratic functioning”, “double requirements” and giving up the celebration’s fundamental ideology and ideas. Baldev Singh, who’s the sitting AAP legislator from the Jaito meeting seat, despatched his resignation to AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday.

“I’m pained to ahead my resignation from the first membership of AAP as a result of the celebration has fully given up its fundamental ideology and ideas,” he wrote in his resignation letter.

Earlier citing the “dictatorial perspective” of AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, lawmaker Sukhpal Singh Khaira had on January 6 resigned from the celebration’s main membership.

Lawyer-activist HS Phoolka had additionally recently quit from the AAP’s primary membership. He had earlier resigned from the Punjab Assembly. He was the AAP legislator from the Dakha Meeting seat.
