Trabzonspor teenage star Abdulkadir Omur who is dubbed as the “Turkish Messi” by the media at home has opened up about his love for Liverpool, revealing that he would welcome the opportunity to move to Anfield if offered a chance by the club.
The Reds have been linked for a move with the teenager with the Turkish media reporting that the Premier League side have tabled a £27 million bid for his services. Omur for his part has claimed that while he would love to move to England, the interests of his current club come first.

“Liverpool are a great club, one of the greatest in the world. These offers are something Trabzonspor need to discuss. If the club give the go-ahead, talks can be held. The club’s interests take precedence. I’ll do whatever is in the club’s best interests,” he said as quoted by ESPN.
“If the club say leave, I’ll leave. If they say stay, I’ll stay. We are having a great season. We are in the title race and on course to make the Turkish Cup final,” Omur concluded.
The 19-year-old who has made 38 appearances for Trabzonspor so far is considered to be one of the brightest young prospects in in the Turkish Super Lig and is contracted with the club till 2022.
